ManagerStreet for Individuals

ManagerStreet is designed for First-Time Managers, with an emphasis on experiential learning and managerial skills that can start being used tomorrow.  The mission of ManagerStreet is to empower people on their own leadership path to become confident, capable managers who inspire their teams and contribute in meaningful ways to their organizations. 

1 on 1 sessions get you private space to learn techniques for managing a team effectively.

We'll start with a (free) discovery call to learn more about your background & experience, what's working & not working within your team, and current or anticipated challenges. 

From there we'll propose a schedule of what to focus on from a library of topics including things like change management for small teams, AI tools and considerations for managers, cross-generation teams, and delegating effectively.  Topics can be swapped for others in the library or new ones can be created on an as-needed basis - whatever will best support the participant in their role.
